Peak Electrical & Renewables LTD was commissioned to deliver a full-scale electrical decommission and refit for an active aircraft hangar in Bournemouth, Dorset. This extensive project included upgrading the panel distribution board, installing new sub-mains and heavy-duty cable containment systems including SWA cables and industrial-grade tray work. We replaced the outdated fluorescent lighting with energy-efficient hi-level LED lighting, cutting the client’s annual energy bill by thousands and virtually eliminating maintenance for over a decade. The project also included installing destratification fans, heating control systems, and a new 800A Schneider main distribution board. We carried out the installation safely at height and ensured full compliance with industrial standards, leaving the client with a reliable, future-proofed electrical infrastructure.
